Abstract

A two-year-old child, with true hermaphroditism manifested by a female gonad in the left inguinal area and male gonad in the right scrotum with penile hypospadia, is reported. The karyotype was 46XY. Correction to male was by one stage urethroplasty and by removal of the ovary and Fallopian tube.
