Spontaneous repositioning of pathologically migrated teeth following conventional periodontal therapy (8 years follow up) - A case report.

This case report describes a 23 years old female, who developed 3 mm diastema with maxillary incisors. The central incisors had a pathologic migration. Following conventional periodontal treatment, there was spontaneous repositioning of central incisors with complete closure of diastema and reduction in infrabony pockets. After 8- years follow up revealed no change or deterioration of the periodontal condition. Clinical evaluation showed a significant reduction in probing depth with the increased clinical attachment and bone deposition.
