Therapeutic effect of domestic Irbesartan/hydrochlorothiazide on primary hypertension.

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of Irbesartan/hydrochlorothiazide on patients with hypertension.Methods 74 patients with primary hypertension were chose to take Irbesartan/hydrochlorothiazide orally for 4 and 8 weeks,the dynamic changes of blood pressure were observed.Results The blood pressure decreased about 26.74/14.46 mmHg and 31.82/18.25 mmHg after treatment of Irbesartan/hydrochlorothiazide for corresponding 4 and 8 weeks.Conclusion Homemade Irbesartan/hydrochlorothiazide has exact curative effect on patients with primary hypertension when taken orally everyday.
