Abstract
Organizational behavior is about studying the behavior of the people in an organization, basic factors affecting the organization and the behavior, and the methods that may be used to influence the behavior in organizations. The purpose of the organizational behavior is understanding, predicting, shaping and influencing the behavior of the people in organizations in order to increase the level of organizational parameters and the satisfaction of the organization's members themselves. The paper transparently presents the concept of organizational behavior and its place in the management, as well as the starting point, development and prospects of the organizational behavior. Additionally, the paper presents an analysis of the subject matter and the meaning of the organizational behavior, approaches and models.
