Abstract
Blind signature is a special digital signature, it allows a user to obtain a signature from an authority on any document but the authority learns nothing about the message that is being signed. The blindness of blind signatures can protect the signed contents. And it makes an important role in electronic voting and electronic cash system. In this paper, an improved digital signature scheme based on elliptic curve was presented. Using the superiority of elliptic curve cryptosystem, we design the blind signature scheme based on the improved elliptic curve digital signature scheme. It gets the strong blind signature by introducing three random parameters. The new scheme shortens the time and accelerates the speed for digital signature. Analysis shows that the scheme has a better security.
