Abstract
Inoculation of Meloidogyne incognita, 15 days prior to innoculation of Pseudomonas solanacearum produced maximum wilt (10 percent) followed by simultaneous inoculation of both the pathogens (80 per cent) at 60 days after inoculations. Minimum wilt was noticed with bacterium alone which was at par with the inoculation of bacterium before nematode inoculation. Inoculation of nematode after 15 days of bacterial inoculation, did not affect wilt incidence in comparison to bacterium alone inoculation. Nematode and the bacterium, alone as well as in different combinations reduced plant growth and yield significantly.
