Information system development using BPM tool IBM Websphere Lombardi Edition

Nowadays many organisations decide to renovate their business processes. In my thesis I described a very popular and one of the most common approaches to handle bussiness processes called Business Process Management (BPM) and its usage in practise. In addition I also described the graphic notation for representing business process modeling (BPMN) . Websphere Lombradi Edition is one of many tools, that support BPMN standard. Its arhitecture and development of business processes in it are also presented in this thesis. In the end, there is a presentation of a simple example, where I showed a detailed development for business process , starting with the definition of the business process, followed by activity implementation and finally running the process.
