Abstract

recession of the world economy makes more and more people learn to use the idle resources around ourselves. additional income from renting the idle resources to the people who need, also brings The Sharing Economy into our life. This paper takes online short-term house rental for example, it analyses the new model of the lease industry influenced by the concept of sharing, it also lists some problems during the development of the online short-term housing rental in our country, and puts forward some suggestions for the development of it.
