Clinical analysis of 128 patients with blunt abdominal injury and head injury

Objective: To summarize the experience of the diagnosis and treatment of blunt abdominal injury with head injury, and provide the reference for therapy of serious trauma. Methods: 128 cases of blunt abdominal injury with head injury were retrospectively analyzed. Results: There were 121 cases cured. 7 cases were dead. Conclusions: The clinical manifestations and mechanism of blunt abdominal injury with head injury are complex , which is often accompany with severe multiple trauma. It is very important to treat blunt abdominal injury with serious cerebral injury with prehospital first aid, effective life support and prompt operation.
