Abstract

서 론 Rocuronium은 스테로이드 계통의 새로운 비탈분극성 근 이완제로서 빠른 작용 발현시간을 가지고 있고 점적주입이 용이하다는 장점을 가지고 있으며, 탈분극성 근이완제의 전 처치(precuratization), 발현시간 단축을 위한 사전예비정주 (priming technique)나 timing principle을 위해 마취유도 전에 투여되어질 수 있다.1,2) Rocuronium 정주 시 자주 나타나는 문제로 통증과 그로 인한 환자의 회피행동을 들 수 있는데,
