Abstract

Th e fi rst budget users are the legislative, executive and judicial powers, also users of the budge funds of municipalities and users based on the law of entrusted public authorizations.Individual users of the budget of the Republic of Macedonia are the institutions operating in the fi eld of education ,science, culture, judiciary and prosecuting bodies, child welfare etc.
