Abstract
The field experiment of tobacco was conducted under 3 different yellow soil textures with 3 different organic matter contents to study the effect of soil texture on absorption and accumulation of tobacco plants for providing the scientific basis of nitrogen nutrition regulation and quality tobacco in tobacco production. The results showed that the peak period of nitrogen absorption and accumulation of tobacco plants planted in 3 different yellow soil textures all occurs between 7 and 9 weeks after transplanting, the yellow soil texture had no obvious effect on nitrogen absorption rate of tobacco plants but the yellow soil texture had the significant effect on nitrogen absorption and accumulation amount of tobacco plants, and the ratio of nitrogen absorption/accumulation amount of topped tobacco plants rises with increase of soil clayish texture and organic matter content. The effect of soil texture on nitrogen content of middle and upper leaves was silt loam sandy and the nitrogen content of upper leaves planted in silt loam soil, loam soil and sandy loam soil was 2.64,2.23 and 1.50 g/kg,respectively when tobacco leaves was maturity. The nitrogen content of tobacco leaves planted in 3 different yellow soil textures was upper leaves(2,11g/kg) middle leaves(1,40 g/kg) bottom leaves(1,34 g/kg).The effect of yellow soil texture on leaf nitrogen distribution of different position rises with increase of soil clayish degree.
