Abstract

The structural and selection merits of the exhibition 'Gallery A Sydney 1964-1983' held at Campbelltown Arts Centre are analysed. It is suggested that the retrospective exhibition of the artworks and themes displayed in the gallery during its lifetime brought out the international character and ambition it sought to project.
