Abstract

An estimated total quantity \nof 27 tonnes of cuttlefish \n(Sepia spp.) was landed by \ntrawl nets at Colachel in Kanyakumari \nDistrict, Tamil Nadu \non 8 September. Landing of \ncuttlefish of this magnitude is \nunusual to this area according \nto the reports of Shri I. P. Ebenezer. \nTechnical Assistant from \nKanyakumari.
