Their typical features are distinguished as the following: using the formal method of research, striving for an analysis of the structure and logic of the historical narrative statements, understanding of the historical narrative as a certain organizing scheme (construction) which is created by a historian. It is underlined that the main task of the historical narrative is attaching importance to the events of the past through the use of understanding and interpretation.
