Abstract
The motivation could be measured as the most urgent tackles in managing people. Organizations use motivation methods to investigate their workers not only to perform their work with maximum effort, but also to pay attention to others. This paper has a purpose to detect the motivation features are crucial under the view of workers. The objective is to evaluate idea from the current status of motivation theories in literature. The notion coming from the theoretical part together with the study consequences could be important for managers in institutions. Our investigation was gained from the information of the questionnaire scattered to the sample of 130 respondents. The findings indicated that good income is an important element for all employees. However, non-financial triggers such as organizational culture, organizational leadership is also important components to motivate employees at work. The findings recommend that employees are inspired by aspects from many types of motivators. Consequently, the most effective method should be built uniquely on both financial motivators and non-financial motivators.
