Abstract
[Objective] The research aimed to provide theoretical basis for the water bloom control of eutrophic water.[Method] Using indoor simulation method,the influences of different nitrogen-phosphorus ratio on the growth of phytoplankton algae and attached algae were studied.[Result] When nitrogen-phosphorus ratio was 20:1,phytoplankton algae under the conditions of mono-culture and mixed culture grew well.The highest concentration difference of phytoplankton algae was 159×105 cells /L.When nitrogen-phosphorus ratio was 10:1,the phytoplankton algae were significantly affected.The peak concentration of algae under the conditions of mono-culture was only 155 × 105 cells / L.[Conclusion] Nitrogen-phosphorus ratio had significant effects on the concentration of algae.
