Abstract

The fruits of Flordasun and Sharbati peaches were found to follow double sigmoid growth pattern but with a more pronounced expression in the latter. The peak of total titratable acidity in Flordasun was attained at the end of stage IT, while in Sharboti it occcurred in the beginning of stage III. However, the cultivars did not differ much for ascorbic acid content of the flesh.
