Abstract

This paper present the analysis of the multimedia communication quality of service (QoS) and a new concept for the QoS management. One of the main questions with respect to the real-time multimedia information over traditional and next generation networks is the quality of service, and how to manage the QoS. This paper offers one possible solution.
