Abstract

The interesting problem solved by Poobhalan Pillay and Marcus Bizony (Learning and Teaching Mathematics, 7) was to find the largest rectangle that can be inscribed in an arbitrary triangle with the vertices of the rectangle on the sides of the triangle.
