Observation of 35 cases of multiple verruca vulgaris treated by acitretion with cryotherapy.

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acitretion combined cryotherapy in multiple verruca vulgaris treatment. Methods Thirty-five cases in treatment group were treated with took acitretion,10mg per time,2 times per day. After two weeks the local lesions were treated with cryotherapy.Three weeks later,acitretion was gradually reducd,serving a total of 8 weeks. Thirty cases in control group were only treated with cryotherapy. Results The cure rate of treatment group was 88.57% while the control group was 56.67%.The difference between them had significant(difference P0.05). Conclusion The results of acitretion combined cryotherapy in treatment of multiple verruca vulgaris were satisfactory.
