Abstract
This paper deals with issues to assess the economic potential of agricultural land and efficiency of the utilization. Comparative assessment of methodological approaches to assessing the value of agricultural lands, the effectiveness is implemented as well as method of estimation of the economic potential of agricultural lands given.
