Abstract

We are indebted to many people for their assistance and input in this work.Frank Lewis (OPIC Project Manager, Hoskins) has been instrumental in the design of the Mobile Card.Many of the concepts and principles underlying the Mobile Card are drawn from the successful Mama Lus Frut initiative which Frank Lewis and OPIC Hoskins developed in 1997
