The Mechanism of Oil Degradation by Microbe and Influencing Factors

Biodegradable organic matter could be an effective way for purification of soil and water resources. Biodegradable cost is relative lower compared with incineration,storage or soil washing. The mechanism of soil microbes to oil degradation was discussed,the related factors affecting microbial degradation mechanism were analyzed,including nutrients and compounds,temperature,oxygen,water,nucleic acids. The role of plant and biodegradation microorganism in oil pollution degradation process was discussed,so as to provide basic theoretical basis for control of oil pollution area.
