Abstract
Results of determination of the X-Ray Mn K line shifts in nanoparticles of manganese oxides (MnO, Mn 3 O 4 , and MnO 2 ) relative to the corresponding lines in bulk compounds are presented. Nanoparticles of manganese oxides were formed by direct synthesis in pores of borosilicate glasses with average pore diameter of 7(1) nm.
