Abstract
Chemioal steps of pyrite oxidation were studied under different conditions of pH, Eh, concentration of ferric and ferrous iron. The dissolution rate of pyrite increased with increasing ferric iron concentration. After initial transient period, steady-state with dynamic character seemed to be established in all systems.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
