Abstract

A rare case of reopening of the patent urachus with urine leakage encountered during pregnancy is reported. Fistulography and computed tomography revealed a communicating tract between the dome of the urinary bladder and the umbilicus. The patient was treated by urachus resection and partial cystectomy.
