Abstract
Objective To obtain the basic data of seroenzyme activity of p21(superscript HBsAg/HbsAg) and p21(superscript HBsAg/HbsAg) transgenic mice on the different age, and To study the infection of the seroenzyme activity, of the p21(superscript HBsAg/HbsAg) and p21(superscript HBX/HBX) was introduced into p21 locus of the mouse. Methods The seroenzyme activity of seven strain were deteminated in different age of p21(superscript HBsAg/HbsAg) and p21(superscript HBX/HBX) transgenic mice for VITALAB made in Holland. To compare T-test and Analysis of Variance for SSPS10. Results There were a lot significant differences in mice between sexes (male and female mice) and ages. There are significant differences on the seroenzyme activity of the p21(superscript HBsAg/HbsAg)、p21(superscript HBX/HBX) transgenic mice and Wild-types. Conclusion there are infection on some seroenzyme activity of the p21(superscript HBsAg/HbsAg) and p21(superscript HBX/HBX) was introduced into p21 locus of the mouse. The activities of the seroenzymes have been changed due to the p21(superscript HBsAg/HbsAg) and p21(superscript HBX/HBX) was introduced into p21 locus of the mouse.
