Endodontic Management of Fused Permanent Maxillary Supernumerary Teeth in A Polydactyly Patient

Although the incidence of supernumerary teeth, fusion of two normal teeth or fusion of a normal tooth with a supernumerary tooth are not very rare, we report a case of fusion of two supernumerary teeth in the maxillary incisor area in permanent dentition which is very rare. Patient also has Polydactyly of contra lateral arm and leg and other dental anomalies. Such combination is rarest. Clinical observation along with periapical radiograph and computed tomography were used to arrive at the diagnosis of fusion and its endodontic treatment. This case report describes the diagnostic aspects and endodontic management of fused supernumerary permanent teeth.
