Abstract

The present title has been inspired by the “communicative posture” chosen by Nestlé for representing their social responsibility policy - the concept of the creation of shared values - and the ontological concern of sustainable development actors to revisit, at the beginning of the 21st Century, the values of liberal economy and capitalism. This chapter initially addresses common features of a new paradigm of organizational management that is 2.0 compliant before considering the contours of Sustainable Development 2.0. It is often hard to distinguish between these two concepts, namely sustainable development and corporate social responsibility, because they are often confused and alternatively cited to refer to each other [MAU 07]. Web 2.0 brings about a double evolution: that of use and technology. It is thus the bearer of hopes and reality in environmental matters. Controlled Vocabulary Terms sustainable development
