Abstract

to study the two-valve fuel intelligent injection control system, a new two-valve fuel system was designed. different from Bosch APCRS two-valve system and Delphi's E3 two-valve system the new two-valve fuel system includes two parts: electronic unit pump and common rail injector. Electronic unit pump fuel injection system is a fuel injection quantity and injection timing can be flexible and control of high pressure fuel system, its flexibility thanks to its flexible electronic unit pump fuel supply capacity. The common rail injector with a fast response solenoid valves, fuel injection with high-precision control ability, the flexibility to control the injection rate to achieve multiple injection. Solenoid valve drive schematic and drive current waveform are carried out. The new fuel system can take advantage of flexible fuel supply unit pump capacity and the flexibility of common rail injector fuel injection capacity, then the possible two-valve control, to achieve better fuel system characteristics.
