有中国特色社会主义文化代表着先进文化的发展方向,是影响青少年成长最基本的社会因素.校园文化是有中国特色社会主义文化的重要方面,由校园精神、校园文化环境和校园文化活动组成,这三者在高校德育中发挥着相对独立又相互联系的作用,潜移默化地促进学生思想、政治、道德素质的提高.校园文化是高校德育的重要载体.
