An unusual cause of abdominal pain.

Question A 26 year old woman was seen in outpatient clinic because of recurrent colicky abdominal pain, epigastric fullness, vomiting and progressive weight loss since 2 months ago, which was exacerbating by eating food and relieved after vomiting. She was admitted several times and got treatment for partial intestinal obstruction which was relieved with conservative treatment only or symptomatic treatment of vomiting and abdominal pain but her disease progressed to more severe pain and vomiting, Progressive weight loss and fewer attacks interval that completely disrupted her life.
