Abstract
Coupled resonators and ladder type bandpass filter structures for UWB applications were designed and compared. A parametric study of the coupled resonators filters was done to investigate the ability of such filters to work for UWB applications. Another problem with UWB filters is integrated inductors self resonance, in this work filters with parallel resonators were used to circumvent this problem. At the end the design of a monolithic integrated UWB diplexer based on these filters will be presented.
