Abstract

Significantly highest cane yield was recorded with genotype CoN 05071 while there was no significant variation in commercial cane sugar (CCS) yield. Significantly higher number of millable canes were recorded with the genotype CoN 05072. Application of 125 per cent recommended dose of fertilizer recorded significantly higher cane and CCS yields and number of millable canes. Growth parameters were significantly improved with fertilizer application.
