Abstract
Based on the close relationship between the sugar accumulation,growth and quality of fruit,the genotype difference of sugar accumulation,the relationship between sugar accumulation and fruit development and the roles of sugar metabolism related enzymes in fruits were summarized,which provided references for further research.
