Abstract
In June this year the US Supreme Court overruled the century old Dr Miles rule that proscribed minimum retail price maintenance. Instead, it endorsed an approach that requires a prior evaluation of the effect of a minimum resale price maintenance on competition before it can be classed illegal or not.
