HR 2989 is a 8 Scuti star with a period of 0d09526 and amplitudes in V, B, and U of 0"'055, , and , respectively. In each color the light variations are in phase, nearly sinusoidal, and constant in amplitude. The period is consistent with those of other 8 Scuti stars of similar absolute magnitude (+ 1.4) and color index ((b-y) = 0.112). Key words: variable stars - photometry - 8 Scuti variable
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
