Abstract
This paper reports that, without a national policy some form of relief for the domestic side of the petroleum and natural gas industry, only modest improvement can be expected. Gas prices are expected to improve, but significant increases will not occur until 1995. Companies will shift their budgets toward exploration in foreign regions, and the greening of corporate America will continue.
