Исследование проблем юридической практики в правовой науке

The article deals with consideration of development of scientific understanding of legal practice in the Russian legal science. Works of jurists of the Pre-Soviet, Soviet and Post-Soviet period, devoted to problems of legal practice are analyzed. Different views on concept, the contents and functions of legal practice are presented. Stage-by-stage updating of scientific ideas of legal practice is shown. Development of a definition, concepts, ideas of contents, forms, types, structure of legal practice is reflected. Lack of complex works on problems of legal practice during the Post-Soviet period is emphasized; it is indicated the need of updating of methodological tools of legal science in connection with paradigmatic shifts in modern socio-humanistic knowledge. Taking into account modern concepts of the law understanding the conclusion about need of knowledge of essence of the law through its dynamics including practical interaction of legal entities is drawn. Conclusions are drawn on need of new complex development of concept of legal practice taking into account the last achievements of modern science.
