Abstract
Inclusive growth implies participation in the process of growth and also sharing of benefit from growth. The 12th Five Year Plan seeks an average annual economic growth of 8 percent with an objective of Faster, Sustainable and More Inclusive Growth. Allotment of fund alone is not sufficient for inclusive growth but proper implementation with utmost care ensures complete growth in various sectors. Consistently, this will pave the way for balanced regional economic development. And it can be successfully achieved by adopting the principle of the people, by the people, for the people.
