Abstract

В статье исследована проблема, вызванная отсутствием правового механизма функционирования особого мнения судьи и прав осужденного на ознакомление с содержанием особого мнения. The article looks at a problem stemming from the lack of legislative mechanism behind the dissenting opinion of a judge and the right of a convicted person to review that dissenting opinion.
