Abstract

Studies on field efficacy of four insecticides against Lipaphis erysimi (Kalt.) infesting rapeseed, Brassica campestris var. brown sarson (BSH-1) at Palampur (H.P) during 1998–99 showed that highest reduction in aphid population and also maximum yield was obtained from phosphamidon (0.03%) and cypermethrin (0.01%) followed by methyl-demeton (0.025%) and dimethoate (0.03%) after 5 days of treatment.
