Abstract

A study was undertaken to evaluate the suitability of timely sown genotypes for late sown conditions in wheat at agricultural research station, Niphad during rabi season 2005–06. The results revealed that, the early sowing (8th November) of wheat crop gave significantly more grain yield than late sowing (20th December). The genotype GW-322 produced significantly more grain yield than all other genotypes.
