Organization culture plays very significant role in crafting a learning environment. During the past century, many approaches to human resource management have been adopted by organizations. In earlier 19th century employees were treated as factor of production in Scientific Management approach (Taylor, 1900s) and later on their emotions are considered with psychological needs in Human Relation approach. Organizations should take care of all the needs of employees in this turbulent time. If employee's expectations are not fulfilled they tend to switch over to the other better company. Paying salaries, training and development programmes, good relations with supervisor are not the only factors to make employee happy, organizations have to do something extra and innovative than traditional benefits. Attracting, motivating and retaining employees are the major concerns for the present business firms.
