Abstract
In article peculiarities of system of conservation of cultural heritage sites in England. Describes main objects of cultural heritage of UK. Special attention is given to regional peculiarities of state registration of objects of cultural heritage. The article analyzes contribution of private ownership and private investments in heritage system in UK. In article attention is focused on organization of protection of cultural heritage in context of preserving natural and cultural environment. Described normative legal regulation of protection of cultural properties in UK. Focus on of outstanding natural beauty and the national landscape, natural heritage and regional parks, landscape areas of England and Scotland. As all world heritage sites require appropriate structures for their management, author of article were analyzed organization responsible for management of world heritage sites and presents examples of management systems for world heritage sites.
