The following abnormalities and disorders are illustrated and discussed: psoriatic hands and nails; nail fold telangiectasia; nail changes in Raynaud's phenomenon; finger clubbing; splinter hemorrhages; Addison's disease; drug-induced hyperpigmentation; Peutz-Jeghers syndrome; acanthosis nigricans; Albright's syndrome; neurofibromatosis; telangiectases.
