Abstract
Проаналізовано концептуальні помилки багаторівневої сек’юритизації іпотечних кредитів та розглянуто роль рейтингових агенцій в оцінці ризику цінних паперів, забезпечених пулом іпотечних кредитів; The conceptual failures of multi-stage securitization of mortgage securities are analyzed and the role of rating agencies in context of mortgage-backed securities’ risk is considered.
