Efficiency of State Social Policy in Russia

This paper provides two classifications of national state social policy models and projects and their positive analysis in terms of impact on the Russian economy and examines approaches for estimation of social process regulation for an adapted system of life quality indicators. Indicators are divided into five groups: public finance, housing, environment, health, labor, and education. This paper reports on a vivid characteristic of temporary life quality in Russia based on comparison of national and international statistical data. The paper concludes with potential directions for state social policy in Russia.
