Abstract
Among 10 maize hybrid seeds screened against Rice weevil Sitophylus oryzae, DMH-11 was found to be relatively resistant to pest attack during 90 days after storage, which noticed lower susceptibility index (9.88), seed damage (15.18%) and weight loss (12.2%). On the other hand, SAT, Suraz and A-1836 were found to be susceptible for the pest attack during storage.
